Grange Advisory was established in 2014 by Alexandra Boudrie with the vision of providing clients with a combination of legal and commercially focused advice, that addresses their needs and objectives. Alexandra Boudrie

MANAGING PARTNER - alexandraboudrie@grangeadvisory.com

Prior to forming Grange Advisory, Alexandra worked as a Senior Associate with Justitia Lawyers and Consultants (LIV Law Firm of the Year 2013). Alexandra has also worked in both employee relations and HR legal roles with global financial institution ANZ Banking Group, and as a lawyer with top tier law firm Ashurst.

Alexandra has worked with clients across a range of industries, including banking and finance, communications, health, retail, education, and government. Alexandra understands the need to balance all relevant factors when assisting her clients to identify and implement an appropriate outcome and minimise risk. She is solution focused, pragmatic, commercial, diligent and professional.

Alexandra conducts complex workplace investigations into allegations of misconduct, bullying and sexual harassment and is able to assist clients in considering alternative dispute resolution processes to resolve workplace conflict.

Mike Boudrie

Senior Consultant - mikeboudrie@grangeadvisory.com

Mike is an Australian National Mediation Accredited (NMAS) mediator and has extensive experience working with people and organisations in a conflict setting. Mike has completed multiple workplaces assessments across a range of matters including cultural reviews, managing change, negotiations and restructuring. Mike has experience across a wide range of industries, working with unionised workforces and with government departments.

Prior to joining Grange Advisory, mike worked with top tier global consulting firm Ernst & Young, leading restructuring firms McGrathNicol and PPB Advisory as well as working in Strategy Roles at Telstra Corporation and Australia Post. Mike also has experience working in Investment Banking where he worked with Bell Potter and Austock.

Mike works with boards and business owners, through to teams in large organisations to medium sized businesses. Mike has experience managing complex disputes involving multiple parties with conflicting interests. He is commercial, solution focused and is able to tailor his approach to assist parties to communicate effectively, understand each other's needs and reach agreement.

Shane MacDonald

Senior Consultant - shanemacdonald@grangeadvisory.com

Prior to consulting for Grange Advisory, Shane worked as a Principle Advisor Investigations with Rio Tinto, conducting internal workplace and business integrity investigations. Shane was also the Internal Investigations Manager at WorkSafe Victoria and a Partner in Forensic Consulting with a leading mid-tier Accounting and Advisory firm, Grant Thornton.

Shane has worked with clients across a range of industries, including local, State and Federal government, Indigenous organisations, not-for-profit organisations, family business and public listed companies. Shane brings a ‘forensic lens’ to identifying the facts to help client’s make informed decisions. Shane has a passion for fairness and justice and taking a trauma informed and people centric approach.

Shane conducts complex workplace investigations into allegations of misconduct, bullying, harassment, misuse of authority, misuse of information, conflicts of interest as well as employee theft and fraud.

Suzy Mallett

SENIOR INVESTIGATOR - suzymallet@grangeadvisory.com

Prior to joining Grange Advisory Suzy worked as a Lawyer and Manager at one of Australia’s largest plaintiff law firms. After admission to legal practice in 2005, Suzy worked within a number of compensation law practices and on personal injury class actions. 

Suzy subsequently spent five years managing that law firm's corporate social responsibility programs including philanthropic giving, pro bono programs and environmental and sustainability performance. 

Suzy brings a broad range of experiences to her role including her legal expertise; stakeholder and employee engagement program management. 

Suzy has experience conducting workplace investigations, workplace cultural reviews and review of actions matters for both private and public sector clients.
